This company does not provide resolution for issues as a result of incorrect representations made by sales personnel. I am not a sophisticated user but do feel I should be able to rely on advice provided by a salesman. They sold me a phone that did not accomplish my goals, ie. work internationally, or get reception in the area in which I am located. Additionally they advised me to cancel my long standing account with ATT to obtain a new plan and phone number. This was to my detriment and not necessary. I found out later that they encourage this since they get a commission for providing new accounts to ATT. After going through the loops with the retailer and customer service, I was told that, despite the misrepresentations, they wouldn't do anything other than replace my existing phone with a replacement of the same model...a model that does not work properly or meet my goals. Badddddddd folks!
